Awareness. Grace under pressure. The instincts that can’t be rushed — only built, one season at a time.

Throughout a career spanning hospitality management, the film industry and the superyacht world, Amy has held one belief constant: exceptional service is about far more than technical skill.
From managing hospitality operations, to leading make-up departments in the film industry, and later serving as Chief Stewardess on board private superyachts, every role has reinforced that belief. Amy has worked in environments where discretion, professionalism, attention to detail and genuine care for others were not simply valued — they were expected. Those experiences shaped not only the way she worked, but the philosophy that underpins AiMZ today.
Developing others has also been a constant throughout her career. Whether training hospitality staff, leading creative teams in the film industry, or mentoring junior interior crew on board superyachts, Amy has always believed that sharing knowledge is one of the greatest responsibilities of experience. Watching others grow in confidence and capability has been one of the most rewarding aspects of every role she has held.
After more than a decade in the superyacht industry, Amy created AiMZ to bring together everything she has learned about professional hospitality, interior service and guest care.
Her aim is not simply to teach students what to do, but to help them understand why it matters — to develop not only the practical skills required of an exceptional stewardess, but also the judgement, awareness and quiet confidence that distinguish outstanding crew.
Whether taking their first step into yachting or building on existing experience, every student receives thoughtful, personalised training designed to develop the confidence, competence and professionalism expected of exceptional yacht crew.
This course, your guidance, and the wisdom you’ve shared with me have meant far more than I can properly put into words. You didn’t just teach me the art of the stewardess — you helped me believe in myself again at a time when I really needed it.
Your encouragement, patience, honesty, amazing work ethic, and the way you genuinely care about your students have made such a difference in my journey. Every lesson, every piece of advice, and the dock walk gave me confidence I didn’t have before.

First Step to First Season · Stewardess
I can’t recommend Amy highly enough. Her Chief Stewardess training was exceptional—professional, practical, and tailored to the highest standards of luxury service. Amy is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in her students’ success. She created a supportive learning environment and was always happy to answer every question.
What truly sets her apart is her continued support after the course, always available with advice and encouragement. The one-to-one training meant we could build on the skills and experience I already had, making every session personal, relevant, and focused on what I needed. I left feeling more confident, inspired, and better prepared for the next stage of my career.
Lily
Chief Stewardess
I’ve known Amy professionally for over 16 years and worked with her for 10 while she was my Chief Stewardess. Throughout that time, I watched her build strong interior teams, develop talented stewardesses and maintain consistently high standards. Several of the stewardesses she mentored have gone on to become successful Chief Stewardesses themselves.
More recently, I’ve invited Amy onboard through AiMZ Onboard to mentor and support newer and advancing members of my interior team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
